NOTICE: Pentecost Sunday- May 31st, 2020
We are excited to announce the reopening of our church this Sunday, May 31st. In order to open responsibly, are taking certain precautions.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you not enter the church building, located at 451 Ridgecrest Dr. the most common symptoms are listed below:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
Until the State of Alaska implements Phase V of reopening, the Bethel United Pentecostal Church (BUPC) will require those entering the church building at 451 Ridgecrest Dr. to sign an Assumption of Risk Waiver form. It only has to be signed once. The form can be signed when entering the church building. However, if you are able, please see the link below to sign and submit electronically via e-mail. Alternatively, you may print and sign the form ahead of time and bring it Sunday morning. Also, we encourage to arrive 30 to 15 minutes early, so as to not create a bottleneck effect at the door.
If you would like minors to attend any church events such as YOUTH NIGHT, the Assumption of Risk Waiver form will need to be signed by a parent or guardian.
